Hello fellow art enthusiasts!

The day has finally arrived of AbigailsArtworks 2024 Launch.

5 new mixed media pieces and 6 new felted works have gone live in the Etsy store (AbigailKingabysArt.Etsy.Com) as of just after midnight. Head on over and take a look if you haven’t so far!

For the mixed media pieces, I have used an array of techniques, of which I will be covering throughout the blog so keep your eyes peeled for some upcoming tutorials/tips/information. I’m aiming to be uploading to this blog at least once a month so you’re likely to see techniques from my artworks such as stitch types, wax resist, needlefelting and wet felting, layering media for dimension and progress with a vintage flatbed knitting machine as well as much more.

The overall theme of this release was muddled autumn, meaning that you should see some very loose and very strong ties with autumn in the pieces… Rain, pumpkins, warm tones, golden forests, clear night skies, full moons, prevelant autumnal creatures.
